I've worked in the industry for over 35 years, and started fixing typewriters at a local high school when I had just become self employed. They were amazed that I was able to fix 16 machines so quickly without needing multiple trips or technicians. That's when I knew had a service and knowledge that was above the competition at a reasonable cost.

I approach any problem I come across mechanically, as many parts to a system. This is what allows me to find solutions to problems quicker so my clients can get back to focusing on their institution's goals instead of the wheels turning it. I am excited by new and challenging problems, and that has definitely been key in my ability to keep evolving, and keep up to date on the advancements in equipment and new technology. I've been working in tech for over 25 years and I've seen it evolve and I've evolved with it. I love what I do because I'm a natural at it, it just comes to me and it's not work it's fun. It's fun to be asked "is this possible Joe Haynes?" And that's what I love about technology, of course it's possible, there's always work arounds and multiple ways to do one thing.
